at least 10 hectares

Land class:

IV, V or VI

Local Development Plan:

if adopted for the land submitted, must allow for renewable energy installations.

Zoning decision:

Not required, we develop projects based on zoning decisions

Site profile:

Preferably flat

Exclusions:

Forest areas designated in the EGIB as Ls, Lz, raw material deposits, flood plains, conservation areas

Constraints:

The suitability of the notified site for development will be assessed against development constraints arising from:
  • existing technical infrastructure i.e.: gas, electricity, telecommunications and water and sewerage networks and their controlled zones
  • as required by law development lines as defined by law
  • Conservation protection
  • nature conservation forms and associated development restrictions
  • the origin of the land (organic and mineral)
  • road access
